Brushed Concrete

Professionally made brushed concrete flooring

What is brushed concrete?

Structurally, brushed concrete is similar to its industrial and polished counterparts. The key difference is in the finish; brushes are dragged across the top of the concrete to give it its textured surface. The texture can be changed by using brushes with different bristles: wire brushes tend to provide a coarser texture, whereas softer bristles will result in shallower, softer ridges.

Brushed concrete is best-suited for outdoor applications, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • Access paths and roads
  • Loading bays
  • Agricultural land
  • Airport service yards
  • Plant storage yards

Corey Concrete Flooring can be counted on to install tailored brushed concrete systems at sites and premises throughout the area; based in Cookstown we have worked in Dublin, Belfast and the wider area.
